A few Spiralizing hacks
- Best to use veggies and fruits that are below 7″ long; cut the veggie or fruit in half if longer.
- Best to use veggies and fruits that are 2″ wide or more; smaller diameter veggies might not be stable on the spikes during spiralizing.
- Best to use firm veggies and fruits (not fun with softer veggies and fruits).
- Be sure to deseed sweet peppers, butternut squashes, and other seeded veggies and fruits. Remove the core of apples for best results.
